Integrating with HubSpot
Connecting to HubSpot
After signing in to your Emailable account, click the "Get Started" button, or the "+ New List" if you have already verified a list with us. A new modal will appear requesting you select a list source.
Click the HubSpot option to sign into your HubSpot account and grant permission to Emailable.
Verifying a HubSpot List
Once access has been granted, you'll be prompted on your Emailable dashboard to select a list from your existing HubSpot Contacts.
After importing the list, click "Begin Verification" and watch your list verify in real time. Once verification is complete, click "View Results" to view and analyze the health of your HubSpot data.
Export Data Back to HubSpot
In the results page, you'll find the Export tab at the top of the dashboard. A new modal will appear showing the option of including/excluding specific verification categories and filters in your export. After making your selection, click "Send To HubSpot."
You'll receive a notification that the export is being sent to HubSpot, and you'll receive an email notification once the export is complete.
Removing the HubSpot integration from your Emailable account
To remove the HubSpot integration from your account, click on the right top side dropdown menu on your Dashboard, and select the Integrations page.
In your Integrations page, select which integration you would like to manage by selecting the three dots on the right side of the panel.
Once you click to remove the HubSpot integration, a confirmation check will be prompt. Once you're ready to proceed click on "Delete"
A confirmation message will be displayed, and the integration is now removed from your Emailable account.
You may disconnect and reconnect the HubSpot integration many times and at will, no data that has been transmitted from Emailable to HubSpot will be lost or changed inside of your HubSpot account if you remove the integration. Automate verification with Monitor
Our HubSpot integration also supports the ability to automatically reverify and sync new data as it is collected in your HubSpot list. These features allow you to maintain up-to-date, verified data without manual import or export. Check out our Monitor for HubSpot.
